What we collect
Only what you enter yourself in the enquiry form:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your message about the job, if you write one;
- your preferred way to be contacted (phone, WhatsApp or email).
We collect nothing else. This site carries no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracker.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry: to call or write back, discuss the job and prepare a quote. We send no newsletters and do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it goes
An enquiry arrives in our email and is copied to a private Telegram chat so that we don’t miss it. Both are accessible only to us. The website itself does not store enquiries in a database.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch with you, and as long as statutory record-keeping periods require. After that we delete it.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A single technical cookie appears only when you switch language yourself — it remembers your choice. Your decision in the cookie notice is likewise stored locally in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@comforthouseua.be. If you believe we handle your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

If the website or the way we use data changes, we will update this policy and show the date of the last change at the top.
